Church and land . .

as I sit here and write this it's only 5 pm ,we were able to sleep in a little longer , I let Kim sleep while   I went and had breakfast and took a short wak around this part of the town of Leirvik tasting the salt air in my lungs I knew I was on the coast ,after Kim was up and eaten breakfast we off to take some photos of the church that I believe that Jorgen and Martha Degerness were married in ,unfortunately there was a funeral taking place so didn't go inside . Then we found Digernesvegan which leads to the farm where they worked before taking the name and migrating to North America I took several pictures of the land which shows how rocky it is , I think the land they found in Minnesota and Saskatchewan was a gift from God compared to the size and fertility of what is here . After this we drove back to hotel and walked downtown to check out the sites . I got a picture of a small jellyfish of the pier and a couple of ducks also , you are right Paul "ducks are easy". Then back to the hotel for a quick swim some time in the sauna and a little R&R
