Flooring

This past week John laid the laminate flooring.  It really helps bring the room together. Everyday he did a bit.

 We thought he would finish the floor yesterday but lo and behold we were 3 planks short.  

Off to Lowes we went for another box.  It will be done today or tomorrow.  

Destruction Complete

We are officially done destruction.  Yahoo.  John applied a coat of primer today.   Yesterday we picked up our paint, laminate, and ordered our cupboards. We have chosen bamboo for our butcher block.  We have yet to find door knobs and order our counter tops.  We need to wait till they can measure for the counter tops.  Progress is amazing.
